- Do you deliver Caribbean food in New York?
- Yes. Bazodee delivers across Westchester County and into the Bronx, New York City. Meal prep delivery is a $6 flat fee across Westchester County, the Bronx, and southwestern Connecticut, and the food truck and catering travel more widely on request.
- Which towns do you deliver to?
- Westchester County — including White Plains, Yonkers, New Rochelle, Mount Vernon, Scarsdale, Rye and the surrounding towns — plus the Bronx and southwestern Connecticut from Greenwich through Bridgeport. If you are outside that zone, you can still send your box through as a request and we will quote delivery to you directly.
- What kind of Caribbean food do you cook?
- Trinidadian and wider West Indian home cooking: roti with dhalpuri or paratha, jerk chicken, curried goat, stewed oxtail, curried channa, grilled salmon and shrimp in chili lime, with rice, plantains and veggie medley alongside. The curry is ground in our own kitchen rather than bought in.
- Can I order Caribbean catering in Westchester or the Bronx?
- Yes — catering is one of our three channels, priced by the tray and sized by headcount. Send a request with your date and guest count and the team follows up directly with a quote.
- How does the weekly meal prep work?
- Build a box of at least three meals, each one around a protein with a side of your choice. Order by Thursday at 5pm Eastern for delivery the following Monday or Thursday, or pick a date weeks ahead at checkout.
- Do you have a restaurant I can walk into?
- Not at the moment. Bazodee Kitchen runs as a food truck, a catering kitchen, and a weekly meal prep delivery service, so the food comes to you rather than the other way round. The food truck can also be booked for events.
