Bazodee Kitchen (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a Caribbean food business offering restaurant, food-truck, catering, and meal-prep services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through bazodeekitchen.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect only what you give us and what your browser sends automatically.

• Contact and order details you enter into our request forms (name, email, phone number, event location, event date and time, guest count, and any notes) so we can respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and fulfill your order.
• Payment information when you pay through the Site. Payments are processed by Square. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Automatic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited, used for analytics, fraud prevention, and to keep the Site working.
• Cookies and similar tracking from services like Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Vercel Analytics — see the section below.

• Respond to catering, food-truck, and meal-prep requests.
• Process, confirm, and deliver orders.
• Send you order-related email — confirmations, quotes, and updates.
• Understand how the Site is used, improve it, and measure the performance of any marketing campaigns we run.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers except in the aggregate, anonymized form the tools listed below use.

The Site uses the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics 4 — measures aggregate page views and actions. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures conversions from Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns and enables retargeting audiences. Governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
• Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights — measure page-load performance. Governed by the Vercel Privacy Policy.

You can block these by using your browser's cookie controls or a privacy extension. Blocking them will not stop the Site from working.

We send transactional email (order confirmations, quotes, catering follow-ups) using Resend. Reply-to on those messages is our shared inbox at customerservice@bazodeekitchen.com. We do not currently send marketing newsletters; if that changes, this section will be updated and we will honor unsubscribe requests.

We keep order and request records for as long as necessary to fulfill the order, meet accounting and tax obligations, and handle any follow-up questions. Analytics data is retained per each provider's default policy.

• Ask us what information we have about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Opt out of marketing communication (if any) at any time.
• Disable cookies through your browser.

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date above shows when the current version was published. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
